The Section Conclave is open to all youth and adult Arrowmen registered in a Lodge within Section NE-2A. Guests or Arrowmen from outside the Section are not permitted without prior permission of Section Adviser Pat Boyd.
Conclave Registration Fee
$35 - if paid before May 1st, 2010 $45 - if paid after May 1st, 2010
The event fee includes all program materials, food, and a participant patch. Register before May 1st and save $10 off the Conclave fee! Please note: the cost the day of the conclave is $55, so be sure to pre-register.
Trading Post Pre-Order Items
This year, there are several Conclave trading post items which can be pre-ordered along with your Conclave registration for pick-up at the event.
For the first time ever, Section NE-2A is offering two easy ways to register for this year's Conclave - online and by mail. Complete the online registration form and submit your payment electronically by credit card, or by mailing a check to the Connecticut Rivers Council office. Mail-in forms should be accompanied by a check (payable to "Connecticut Rivers Council") and sent to:

In addition, all those attending the Conclave must complete a BSA Medical Form, parts A & C and bring this form with you to the Conclave. Participants will not be able to check-in at the Conclave without a complete Medical Form.
